We are told that the holidays are supposed to be a happy time but when you are grieving the loss of a loved one the holidays can be anything but happy. Dealing with grief over the holidays can be the hardest and it might feel as if you don’t want to celebrate at all. While doing research on holiday grief I found a great website called Whatsyourgrief.com.
